Microsoft finally released Windows 10 Build 10240.17643. The package KB4042895 is now available for everyone. This cumulate update is applicable to the initial version of Windows 10 released in July 2015.

- Addressed issue where the Universal CRT _splitpath was not handling multibyte strings correctly, which caused apps to fail when accessing multibyte filenames.
